I really wanted to put Jagi Gaiden in there but I felt it needed Tezuka so I went with Phoenix volume 2 but I like 'em about equally

I did not like Chainsawcrap but I liked the main cast except Denji. Bomb girl is also fine.
I did not like Gettershit. I dropped Devilman, didn't seem interesting. I'm thinking of giving it a second chance.

The boys in nichibros are too nice to be relatable, nip teenagers are apparently spineless. The ending segment with the girls is usually more enjoyable than the rest of the episode
Giovanni is good but kino is bad

I'm not sure how you can like the Sonic OVA and dislike Dead Leaves so much since both are fun cartoony barely-plotted nonsense

Probably nostalgia, I loved that old sonic stuff when I was a wee lad. Who knows if I’d still enjoy it today, but it still isn’t really that similar to dead leaves. Dead leaves is just non stop shouting and being hyper, some degree of that is fine like with flcl but dead leaves takes it to a level where it’s just annoying.
