why does my guy do satsuna like this? she is the better option by far. and so you don't call me bait here is my reasoning:
Satsuna: >Likes to show her love more then resive it. >Is shown to be able to be good and deligent wife metirial >is strategic and when she wants somthing she can go through even martyrdom to achive it >Is an angel that literaly forgave the MC even after he cheated on her in cold blood.(some may call her out for being needy but being needy of love is human thus she is the most human of the cast)
Now for Touma..: >Likes to resive love more then give it out. >Likes to be vendictive and is easy to anger. >Has lived a life of laxury thus her skills on taking care of the homestead are not shown that much . >Dispite being aware and not feeling good about it she can and will steal an other girls man.(that is no good president) >Is exeptional at being a pianist >our guy can become better at his trade with working with her
i am basing my favoritism on the above facts.Now prefrence is objective but there are advanteges and disadventeges that these traits have long term wise, and thus if one of the two has more advanteges then disadventeges that makes her infact better than the other.
In conclusion one has more advantages at being a romantic partner while the other a working parner(which being a romantic one ensures her cooperation as a work partner) Now regardless of that when we see a romantic relestionship like most social products a man should look for the one he can get the most fulfilment from.
His trade being art does amplify the enjoyment he gets with Touma but knowing from personal expirience music is a long grind thus the actual enjoyment he will get will be limited based on how well they can work together in the years to come(see beatles where they fell apart the moment they coul not work together inspite their long term friendship). Thus a relationship centered on work is fragile and easy to break and that limits the enjoyment and fulfilment he can get by a huge amount.
Now romanticaly sentered romantic relationships work based on the ability the two parties can co-live after the *Eros* phase of the relationship ends and the actual *Love* starts.Which satsuna has especialy a big advantage here based on her traits.(see her traits above).Thus the fulfilment will be infact higher then Touma's.
Ofc the above are results that we would get if the resiver of both girls love is a blank slate with no prefrence at all. So i am by no means saying that people that like Touma are wrong. Since happines is arbitrary and love and atraction is created from the need of happines.But what i am saying is that factualy Satsuna is factualy the better option due to her giving the most fulfilment in the broadest amount of tastes for a longer piriod of time (as i explained above).

there was a comic i read and made me fall to tears at the end due to the person that in fact was the purest and most caring for the MC but also the most sinful from the alive characters (spoiler killing a reletive of one of the characters not saying more) he got a reword fallowed by a loss. it was so perfect !
WA the anime avoid certain stuff from the games,while it takes plots and so on it changes stuff that are too controversial to say. sadly there isn't something similar the only closest i have seen is school days.
