Probably Speed Racer, before I knew it was anime. Robotech was the first one I knew it was, at the very start of Toonami. Butchered as it was, Macross still shone through.

First I saw at all was either Pokemon or Sailor Moon. First I ever followed episode by episode and watched all the way through was Cardcaptor Sakura.
