hello fellow buyfags, I made a retard decision by leaving my bedroom door open while cleaning dust off my figures. When I wasn't looking my cat bit one of my figures hands and now there are two small bite marks on the lower part of the thumb. I'm kinda bummed out and thinking maybe I should just buy a new one as I have no idea how to fix it. I read that maybe sanding could work but I feel like that would make the damage worse. Do you guys have any ideas or am I just fucked for being a retard

Don't sand it, either replace it completely or deal with it having bite marks. Repairing it isn't easy unless you have tools and materials to do it.

It was alters syuko shiomi scale. I'm not an idol person but I really love this figure, the details, and the colors are really nice. I think if you ignore she's from idolmaster she feels more like a summer figure. I already ordered the unopened one on amiami and just gonna sell the one my cat bit for cheap due to the damage. I am usually really careful with this stuff but somehow my brain didn't function properly. Luckily I don't have any recent preorders coming up so it will not be too bad on my wallet. I already pre-ordered the matching fumika alter scale to go with her months ago.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone compare PuPs to Funkos... that is usually reserved for Nendos due to the uniform stylisation.

Also just because you happened to buy one of 'the good ones' doesn't mean the line doesn't also contain some complete turds.
