Getting tired of anime

When did you get tired of anime?

For me it was around the 200 mark, nothing feels fun anymore, just more of the same stuff I've seen before.

You never had what it takes

if you watch 200 isekai from the 2010s you will get tired. if you watch a variety of genres from multiple decades you won't.
if you want to keep yourself entertained you can always get a copy of civ 6 or ncaa 14

>When did you get tired of anime?
Never, you're just jaded.

1000 mark
I don’t even remember the last time i felt it. Shit sucks

I did that still happened

I am more of a pes guy

What do you have against Remi?

unfortunate, but a very clear indicator

advice to all anons:
read manga

I didn't, because I enjoy it for more than mere novelty.

>When did you get tired of anime?
Never. It's my favorite pastime.

2019 but each season i at least find one show interesting. The cop chicks are fun

I stopped watching anime and reading manga for a couple years around 2014 or 2015. I didn't track what I watched so I don't know how many I'd seen but it was pretty low. Right now I'm also not watching or reading much outside of the ongoing manga I'm following.

>couple of years
>2014-2015
that's 2 years

Starting in 2014 or 2015 and lasting for a couple of years. Probably 2015 since I started getting back into it in 2017.

Do you know what the word "couple" means user?

This only happens to retards who watch literally everything every season and no other media and wonder why they've burned out.

I started to read books and watch movies because they're a superior form of entertainment if you're looking for substance. There are still some extremely good animus with depth and i sometimes come to Any Forums, search for a good thread and then watch some recommendations from anons who know their stuff. Or i just watch a lupin movie and turn my head off to relax.

i'm not really tired of anime but i don't watch a lot anymore because i realized 90% of anime are just crappy and/or incomplete adaptations and i'd rather read the source instead
i still watch originals and the few good adaptations and i started reading a lot more manga and visual novels, but i haven't read any light novels yet

Cam't relate, I have a fuckton of exciting shows in my backlog that I look forward to starting.

People who watch moeshit and vapid seasonalshit eventually get tired of anime and grow out of it, just like how people grow out of certain habbits and quirks, because that's all anime ever meant to them, just a habbit, a fad, a trend. They wil move on to vtubers or anothe new habbit, just something else to kill the time.

People who had the right mentality since the beginning watched only good anime, appreciated anime as an artform and understood the finer aspects of the meduim will appreciate forever, just like how people never grow out of good music or good films.
