It's apparent that adding boards that weren't related to Japanese culture was a mistake in retrospect, considering how it spiralled into the modern state of things.
Any Forums benefitted from being a niche otaku/nerd hangout without all the retardation that accounts and profiles can lead to. It doesn't need to be some all-encompassing generalist image board for normalfags to congregate and corrupt.
The Lolikon and Guro boards should return as well; they act as distinct vocations.

Even then I felt like I missed out. The issue with this website is I feel like it became too reactionary and I can't pinpoint a single event. Obviously 2014, but even around 2012 I remember half the website being insufferable at any given time.
