Underworld. It opens up the entirety of history to the user. You can do so many different things like reliving old concerts, record D-Day with an HD camera, find out unsolved mystery of Dyatlov Pass and see what killed the hikers. An infinite amount of things are open.

One of the moments that makes part 6 indefensible for me is in the heavy weather arc when Pucci and wes have their battle. Instead of wes calling down lighting or flooding puccis body with water, like have we seen him do before, he does that dumb shit plan of freezing the blood on the floor in hopes of impaling pucci. Why would wes do something so needlessly complicated? Because araki thought it would be cool i can only surmise. But it wasn't. It just made one of the most broken stand powers, weather control, look fucking retarded. Also, as much as I love c-moon, I would've preferred it to be the stands of one of Dios sons instead. I would've had giorno show up in Florida, lose the requiem arrow to pucci somehow, and that leads up to the birth of made in heaven. 2 stands evolutions without the requiem arrow which we just got last part is a really weird writing decision in my eyes.

Nearly all of Weather Reports fights could have been solved by shooting lightning but I don't remember him doing it once.
