it's a pilot one-shot for 6P. it was republished on J+ a while ago. I think because it's connected to the main story so now it also works as prequel.

It's definitely rough, but I won't fault them for putting effort into something. This seems like the kind of One-Shot that would have been used to fill out the Tankobon if 6P got brutally U19'd. Maybe it'll pop up in one soon enough anyway.
