The worst part is that Eren apparently gave himself the amnesia so t hat he can conveniently forget the parts he was supposed to remember as a means to not spoil the plot. It's just so stupid

All waifus being virgins is also a weird trope. Fuckin dan machi gives you a waifu who was a hooker that had actual johns and they retcon it so she ALWAYS fainted and the guy paying to fuck her NEVER touched her while unconscious.

I fucking hate amnesia in any form, it always end up as shitty writing.

Amnesia is one of my favorite tropes

I'd love one of these where the protag intelligently and succinctly just fucking demolishes the antagonists points, points out all his hypocrisy and needless cruelty, then go all "YOU HURT MY FRIENDS!!!"

My favorite part about Early Attack on Titan's bullshit is that literally no other shifter had any of Eren's problems. It was all just filler to keep him from being able to transform whenever he wanted.

What about in Gash Bell? I thought that was pretty good idea as to make sure that the entire purpose of the battle wasn't ruined to the reader.

Or him getting tired. Falco only got knocked out once and then immediately became could unlock hidden abilities in the span of two days. Meanwhile it took Eren months to get into full form.
