The first 3 are all justified reactions.
First is his mother dying and swearing revenge.
Second is realising he has "failed" in his quest for revenge, yet despite being near death in a Titan's stomach doesn't give up and all he can think about is exterminating titans.
Third is realising that all the deaths from the Survery Corps and everyone is due to the fact his father stole the founding Titan, and if he didn't then all his friends would still be alive.
Those were all genuinely Kino scenes, apart from the last one.
