Agreed. I prefer Fire Punch to HnK but that is also because Fire Punch is finished. If HnK keeps up the level of quality to the end of the story, I think both will be equally good.
I will say, while I prefer the paneling in Fire Punch, the artwork in HnK is my favorite from any manga. The excessive use of pure black is especially good and invokes far more emotion in me than other art styles do.
