how is your pic a retcon

>They skip past Deku training his new seven quirks
Shiggy keeps losing fights even though he is supposed to be a big threat.

I stopped caring during the 7th quirk thing. It was the camel that broke the back for me.

MC has a fatgirl gf and she's awful.

deku being a horrible unrelatable mc

its a crop here is the full pic

Unironically during the license exam arc after all might loses his power

Deku is just a shit character. Also no stakes (unless your a literal no namer but who cares about star and stripe)

All the characters are the same. The designs are nest and the powers interesting but 95% of the personalities are not just boring but entirely interchangeable.

Honestly I do think that I like Mineta and Tsuyu more genderbent.

Too many characters and too little focus except for a vague idea. Hori is more worried about drawing his capeshit references than his own characters and that's ok but he shouldn't pretend to be a writer because he sucks ass

>a whole arc where the mc is mogged by a dude who actually trained to be a hero
>after that people begin to ask why didn't the superman of this series transfer his power to a better candidate?
>nevermind the ghosts confirm that mc was actually the better choice all this time it was fate or whatever
pretty stupid change

>Main protagonist was tailor made for pussies that think the world is against them
Then it slides from there

It became too successful. Now reddit hates it and spams threads about their hateboner

I don't think this manga is tailored to Any Forums

thats not a retcon

A retcon is new information that contradicts previous information in the story.
To this date, the only outright retcon that has happened in the canon of MHA was that Toya’s death happened before Shoto’s scar, and that was corrected to after Shoto’s scar in the volume release.

What Horikoshi does is intentionally leave things blank or unexplained so that he can write in the blanks later so that he can make a convenient escape out of a plot hole and claim that was his intention all along. He does this a lot with Deku.
