most of them are just shitposters enjoying the chaos. most of this stems from Ayashimon being written by a guy who was an assistant on fire punch so he's connected to Fujimoto and his previous series did well on jump + with 3 million copies currently in circulation and an anime on the way from MAPPA. Even before we knew what ayashimon was gonna be about most people expected it to take off and do well because of these factors. It seemed like a sure bet. Yet it isn't doing well AND its being beat(at least for now with the recent ToC this can obviously change at any moment) by Doron doron whose authors previous series only lasted 15 chapters in jump. The underdog "victory" has fueled shitposting A LOT
