This show has no business being this good. Season 2 fucking when?
Link Click
Why do these guys looks similar to the two heroes from that Shonen series about two best friends running a lost and found service, except that the black-haired guy isn't wearing his trademark purple round sunglasses?
>the anime board
>doesn't talk about chinese anime
woooooooooooooooow
Anyway it wasn't half bad but these two guys are massively incompetent and failed pretty much every task given to them
Kill yourself, shill.
>chink shit
>anime
lol
Lmao
It was my AotY too, with Oddtaxi I guess as a somewhat distant second
I think it's a pretty common view for an older crowd kinda disposed against shonenshit/isekai/romance. Which is why you won't see it too often on 4chin
I wonder how they'll be as good in Season 2 though, part of the excellence of the first seasons was the easing of the pacing, exploring all these nice, emotional side-stories, but it seems like S2 is going to be serious shit from the get-go
I watched both this and heidi at the same time. compared to heidi this lacked soul
I watched it, it was alright but for my taste a bit to dark and dramatic. I like my shows more balanced and nuanced. Also you could really see how they had to portray the police and goverment agent and surveilance technology in a positive light, almost no definetly shilling. But as I said it is really bad from the mood aspect and it tryhards to hit in the feels.
Opening is a banger thou might watch season 2 maybe not I am sick of this cliffhanger shit. We will see
I plan on watching it soon, I’ve heard good things so I’m looking forward to it. I thought a new season was already announced.
>a bit to dark and dramatic
It's interesting that the end of the first episode has such creates such a divisive response.
I know people who both were sucked in to watch the rest after seeing it, just as I know people who dropped the series altogether.
I rather liked it, myself
Overrated seasonal garbage from China. Makes me miss that Edward Yang shill,at least he has a good taste in Chinese related medium
Link Click is probably the most overrated "anime" of 2021. Oddtaxi was so much better
It's all fake hype from the chinese troll farms.
Sometimes i wonder if people praise this show as a total masterpiece just to make all the weebs here seether. It's only average at best
this show was so confusing for no reason. chinks really have no idea how to write a coherent story
It's very deliberate shitposting and/or shilling.
>But as I said it is really bad from the mood aspect and it tryhards to hit in the feels
Some episodes like the one about the martial artist dude or the one about the ramen shop did feel rather forced and too much of a telenovela but I think other stuff like the basketball arc and Emma's story were pretty well done and did manage to move me a bit
>confusing
user one thing I didn't like was how they kept repeating scenes and inserting flashbacks so chink zoomers with ADHD wouldn't get lost yet you still somehow managed to be dumber than that?
it was ok, if season 2 takes too long to come out i´ll rewatch s1 in the jap dub to refresh my memory
Sell me on it. What it is about?
>main duo has the power to dive into the past via pictures
>white hair is the "guide", he can extract info from the picture and observe everything that happens
>black hair can possess the person who took the picture during up to 12 hours and do stuff
>they do odd jobs helping people figure out things or find pieces of info they need while trying not to fuck the timeline up
>shit gets real as they get involved in butterfly effect shenanigans and a serial murder case
Can't really say more without spoiling. Be prepared for dark twists and feels
Time travel mechanics work kinda like Steins:Gate if you're familiar with that one
Step aside, kid
The true KING of Chinese anime is here
Two guys have special time powers; one can Blues Clues dive into photos while directly controlling the person taking the photo; the other can see impressions and effects of actions on the time flow and uses it to guide him. They run a business of information-gathering through these powers.
That's pretty much it; nice side stories from the clients, and a murder mystery that opens up as the main thread of the plot. The 1st episode sets all of this pretty clearly, so it's worth a try to see how you like it.
Never heard of it
Best chinktoon i've watched is pic related
The Kings Avatar has decent coherent writing and the setting is really realistic but it gets dragged down by CCP censorship as in. Opposed to Japanese anime, it has zero fanservice/ecchi romance even though the main team is like in their mid 20s. Which really hurts it as an anime, in SAO you get Kirito fucking Asuna like 7 episodes in, here you get nothing
So Chinese anime will never truly compare to the Japanese anime stuff, especially to the OG anime stuff
It's becoming more often isn't it ?
>Some Chinashills shill this show or King's Avatar as if it's a literal masterpiece
>People points out that it is mediocre or alright at best
>"Hurr seething weebs, this is better than your favourite anime"
Meanwhile i never see a single Blades of Guardian Thread in this board. I mean why pretending a mediocrity is more than what it is while you can shill an actual good product from China if you really want to "make the weebs seethe"
>Raksaha street
looks like a shounen ripoff
What makes The Kings Avatar unique is that it's actually set in the real world and the MC is a loser hobo who's only good in the virtual world, you never see that in Japanese anime
All of Chinese donghua are just a bunch of filthy commoners compared to the best that Mainland Manhua has to offer
>it is mediocre or alright at best
okay how exactly is The Kings Avatar mediocre, what was wrong with it aside from the CCP censorship that caused a lack of ecchi?
>it's actually set in the real world and the MC is a loser hobo who's only good in the virtual world
Hardcore levelling warrior and levelling up only by eating did it better, but that's gookshit so whatever
Jp dub when? Chinese "anime" is unwatchable without dub.
