Succubi are still women, they aren't born with a dick in them. How impractical it is depends on the way succubi are created in the setting. If they are created from normal women then it's fairly easy, just be around when they turn. If they are birthed then it's harder, you would need a young succubus, around or before the age where they become sexually active. the problem would be how do you find a young succubus.
