Not going to lie I fucking love that shit, it's almost hilarious just how many results there are. I think Anzai mentioned she had a brother at some point and now several doujins have made it clear how much she loves those incestuous shota creampies. And then you have Touhou, at some point the Japanese realized how perfect the entire cast is for onee-san fantasies and now pretty much every single one of them, including Cirno and Chen have milked at least one shota dry apiece.
