Previous: Ushio leapt to attack Shide but was stopped and pulled back by Shadow Mio who shared her memories and made Ushio aware of Shinpei's plan. With it being a new day and now having a bit of leeway, Shinpei taunted Shide and prepared to loop one more time and Haine, realizing what his plan was, freaked out and demanded Shide stop him. But it was useless as thanks to now housing Ryuunosuke, Shinpei was able to avoid Shide's shot and pull the trigger.
A flashback revealed how it was possible to "synch" with Guil by basically getting inside him from which more complex commands to him could be issued with the tradeoff that any damage to kill reflected back on the person. More importantly for Shinpei's plan, being inside Guil also hid the handprint from Haine. With Shinpei having an idea as to when he will loop to and handprint hidden they could begin the final loop in Hiruko Cave, as close to her main body as possible, hoping to strike a blow and take her out before Haine and Shide could effectively counterattack.
