My money's still on AfO managing to steal his quirk. Betwen the vestige and the electromagnetic communication he's clearly watching this in real time, and Kouichi has him fucking impressed. All he needs is a minute of Kouichi being unwatched and a view of Kouichi, and he can pull off the same combo he used during that one flashback in the underground arena. Kouichi losing his quirk will be written off as him over extending his quirk to the point of permanent damage.
