Good manga

Good manga.

one of the best

Yeah.

What manga is this?

Domestic na Kanojo

punpun

Not really. The first part is fine enough, but everything post timeskip is a chore to read because MC is completely uninteresting and one dimensional.
That's a pretty big problem for a character focused psychological drama.
The perspective of the manga should have switched to either of the girls to illustrate why they were so fucked in the first place and how the whole debacle affected them.

MC doesn't do shit besides being mildly obsessed with finding glasses girl. His personality is essentially unchanged and he doesn't go through any actual consequences or self-reflection.

Nakamura>>>>>>>>>Tokiwa>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Saeki

>His personality is essentially unchanged and he doesn't go through any actual consequences or self-reflection.
he becames a normie

That's right

Speedreader-kun, everything post timeskip is him trying to redeem himself for what he did. His family life is in turmoil and he's essentially turned himself into a recluse only going out to attend school as to not bother his family any further. Literally the only reason he goes to meet up with Nakamura is to finally put it all behind him. There was also an additional chapter that showed somewhat why Nakamura was so weird to begin with and how she viewed the world.

Sawa so hot in the manga, how did we end up with that hideous anime?

Its an absolute shame he didn't fuck her hard enough to become normal.

Roto no scope

He himself does not go through a complex change though, despite being mentally and emotionally weak.

Everything happens around him. Hence why it'd be more interesting to follow a different character after the timeskip, or have multiple perspectives.

Nozoki Ana

Unholy hybrid son between those two. Or daughter, if you will.

I read the book a long time ago, does it better the read?

God I love her.
>tfw no gf who abuses me and wants to commit a double sucide

All his MCs are kinda the same and often almost look identical.

Aku no Hana.
10/10 imho

This is the literal polar opposite of what happened.
The whole post-timeskip story is about him feeling guilt and finally coming to terms with his past.
Not only did he almost exclusively go through self-reflection post-timeskip, he ended up resolving it in a healthy way, and throughout the whole second part he's a way deeper and more interesting character than the pseud edgy kid he was in the first part.

>decides to confess to a popular girl on his own
>decides it's ok to go back to his hometown and face his sins
>singlehandedly repairs his parents' relationship
>seeks out nakamura to finally put some closure to that part of his life

everything happens around him?

Did you like mentally check out while reading everything that happened after the timeskip? Nothing is ''happening around him'' that he himself isn't directly the cause of. Yeah the new girl is the catalyst of why he even bothers getting his shit together again but it's all a result of his own actions. Before the time skip he was just a psuedo-intellectual getting dragged along in life by the people around him, and his whole arc post-ts is becoming the person he wants to be by himself.
