will his ever be topped?
Teppu
No. It being axed is one of the greatest crimes against humanity
Eyebriws
i wish it was animated so that i could see anime muscle girls
Never axed. Artist was dying
People say this all the time, what they don't know is that if the series kept on going it wouls have tunred into shit real quick, it basically ended where it needed to end instead of being dragged on unnecessarily
the ending was perfect
Personally I'd love to hear a deep voiced Natsuo.
Especially when she gets angry
I think it kind of got boring when I realized that she was never really going to learn any kind of lesson and grow. They blow their load and do the Sanae fight right away and she wins and then what, she loses to Eyebrows again and so what? Nothing really changes. She doesn't grow any. By the end of the series her bitchy attitude combined with her being a pseudo-unbeatable fighting genius was kind of eye rolling.
Sanae was also the best character by far.
I like Hagure Idol.
It's not really a great change but her learning to like martial arts for what they are and simply another thing to conquer was a nice enough conclusion. Her losing is the reality check she needed
Its pretty damn close to the peak of the genre.
People like Natsuo don't really change just from losing a match. She changed her exact aim in reaction to losing, but the drive and the personality that drives her isn't going to be changed like that.
Saotome Senshu is better.
Nah, that one is pretty high on the ladder of 'nothing ever happens'.
I would top her.
Only Yuzuko could do that.
No one else could even come close.
Shit actually happens in Saotome Senshu.
The romance is basically stagnant from the first chapter to the last beyond a kiss every 100 chapters.
And there are like 4 actual boxing matches or less the entire run of the manga.
I was a pretty early supporter of the manga, and it really disappointed me in how little actually happened in its run.
>And there are like 4 actual boxing matches or less the entire run of the manga
This is the real one. There's very little girlfighting and it isn't great when it does show up.
I don't want to grind through brainless ecchi until the series 'gets good'.
I really shouldn't be surprised that someone who willingly reads and enjoys Hagure Idol is retarded.
It never "gets good" so no worries there.
I don't read Hagure Idol.
What the hell are you on about?
Then just start at the tourney and skip the downtime, only like or 4 of the fighters show up beforehand so it's not like you miss a ton of backstory.
This one was mediocre at best. The only reason anyone ever liked it was because it has a tomboy romance.
