Yeah, but the heroes sucked ass. Tekkadan was basically winning because they hadn't encountered anyone that was smart AND willing to play dirty.
The problem was that they fucked up Rustal's characterization at the end. He was pragmatic above everything else. He should have accepted Orga's surrender.
I'll chalk that down to Nagai's retardation and Okada's incompetence.
