I'm not familar with Cocktail Knight but I don't think there's ever been an instance of a JUMP artist continuing/publishing chapters for a work that ended/was cancelled. At best we can hope for a continuation in Jump+(Like iShoujo)
but I'm happy with how it ended. I don't think it needs to continue personally.

I'm not sure why you insist on being an ass about this but here's your (you).
If you skim his twitter you'll see it's mostly used as promotion for his own works. Besides the Frieza picture and preview of the swimsuit group pic[from 2021] there have been no other tributes posted on his twitter account. Multiple series have ended since Ayakashi has been serialized and he started twitter. So no, it's rare and a cool thing for him to do.
