Previous: Tokiko died and after Shadow Mio scanned and shared her memories with Shinpei, Shinpei decided not to go on to Torajima figuring that Nagumo and everyone else was probably already dead. instead, he resolved to loop figuring that he'd get back around 10:10 AM. He told Shadow Mio that he'd be unable to stop Haine from calling Nagumo to Torajima but that he'd hurry back to Kofune, free her, stop Sou and Mio from going to the garden and then they'd go to Torajima, declaring that he'd save everyone as he put the gun Tokiko had from Dr. Hishigata to his temple and pulled the trigger. Meeting up with Sou and Mio, Shinpei told them to go back to Kofune to protect the kids there and then he and Shadow Mio took off for Torajima avoiding the stray shadows on the way.
At Torajima, Tokiko was fighting Shide and Shinpei and Shadow Mio arrived just in time to see Shide destroy Ros. Shide deflected a thrown knife from Shadow Mio as the two of them made their appearance. Shadow Mio told Tokiko to hold back or else she'd wind up being killed but Shide seemed jovial as he thanked Shinpei. His looping gave them the chance to redo the fight and this time he'd easily won as Nagumo's body, impaled by a spear, lay beneath his feet.
