This was obviously just a commonly-structured jab at what I perceive as the "correct" or majority opinion. I may have been under its spell for a brief period quite some time ago, but this era has passed. Which is why I want to draw attention to the issue, hoping more of the impure souls like me might respond and rethink their stance.

However, there may be a smaller subsection of people who didn't give the TV adaptation its due simply due to the fact that the OVA is so all-encompassing in comparison.

As I have already mentioned, I may have suffered this at one time previously, but I was pleasantly surprised after giving the TV show another go after fully appreciating the OVA, which led me to re-evaluate my initial stance and conclude that the TV show is, indeed, better and deserves a second season

The manga is suffering from the mangaka's lack of ability to draw action. That's what makes the anime necessary to get a feel for the series. But beyond that the manga is superior.

TV music was better, some of the best. Ultimate eats the rest.
