Previous: After transferring Ryuunosuke into Shide's armor, Hizuru's body began to break down while part of Shide's armor split off and formed a new, real body for Ryuunosuke. His collapsing sister was grabbed by an incoming Tokiko with Ros and Guil who prepared to strike against the seemingly weakend Shide.
Shinpei and Shadow Mio arrived at the garden demanding to know from Karikiri where Sou and Mio were. Karikiri explained that they were taken to Hiruko Cave. He also seemed to think that Ushio was still alive which Shinpei wanted to use to his advantage. However, Karikiri's repeated insistance that Shadow Mio deal with Shinpei led to her decapitating him instead... though at the same time Sou and Mio were eaten by Haine. Shadow Mio asked Shinpei if he wanted to loop but he told her to scan Karikiri for anything useful. She did but was surprised to find that he had seemingly no memories, not even of their conversation from a minute ago. It was as if he was completely hollow.
Sensing something, Shadow Mio directed Shinpei nearby where they came across a nearly destroyed Guil and a dying Tokiko who weakly told them that Nezu and Totsumura helped her escape and to go help Ryuunosuke on Torajima.
