In their base "human" forms? No, Lavi and Phillo are both virgins while any form of sexual penetration that does occur is mostly from gag chapters or took place in a comedic sense. I.E. When the two of them were transformed into slimes.

Daniella (The Tanuki and Phillo's adoptive half-sister who is pretty much a regular with regards to her appearance in multiple chapters. She is only interested in stealing Lavi away from Phillo because she wants to pimp out her half-sister). Maria has been set up to be Lavi's rival, as well as a secondary love interest as it was only recently revealed that she secretly wants Lavi to be her one and true lover due to how he treats her when compared to everyone else around her (As in, Lavi treats her like a normal person, albeit as a gross weirdo, while everyone else treats her like a goddess). There's also Lavi's sister who wants Lavi to be her incestuous lover (And is probably going to ritually create some weird Nega-Lavi down the road according to chapter 25.5). Lavi's mother has been mentioned throughout the series as a whole (and is the main Mcguffin for pushing the story forward) and Phillo's and Daniella's merchant momma has been teased during 27.1.

Phillo-Chan and Daniella (the Tanuki) appear to be bigger than Lavi's sister in terms of the amount of ample curves they have (Chest size, hips, butts . While all three of these women have hourglass figures, Phillo and Daniella appear to share the body shape of a "Fertility Goddess" like figure who will without a doubt only give birth to multiple sets of children at a time. The real question is: Just how stacked will Maria be when she finally starts to grow up?
