something to notice is how these flowers and color scheme are the same as the Aberrant Otter (with the iron bar and the flower stick)
Someone obviously drew Mask a way out as referenced by ch35 pg27
and the same art in the red flower zone shows people impaled on spikes much like her iron bar
In the tent we see a man standing with the three otters and only pictures of the green area, the orange area and the blue area. This implies they hadn't yet established secure base in the pink flower area. The pink flower motif representing danger (the aberrant otter) and the Old Man no longer being present in the story implies all three otters and the Old Man died here.
Alternatively the Old Man somehow escaped and led the otter out via drawings because using Chalk to draw on the walls is a trademark of the Old Man.

She definitely made a copy of herself. Notice that the aberrant Mask inflicts the flower wound and the injury to her thigh to the normal Mask. The normal Mask loses the fight and gets completely covered with flowers. The aberrant Mask then fights the annihilation otters. The new aberrant Mask sees the old aberrant Mask get killed and she phases out using the portable elevator. The entire process is cyclic like many of the phenomenon in the apartment.

The cloning room is just multiple elevators all linked up together. There seems to be issues with allowing all elevators to clone so every elevator but one is welded shut. All the welded elevators seem to gush with blood every time the cloning is used. Lots of clones die for the creation of one clone.

Aberrant mask is a unique entity so far. Normal Mask is meant to be the first to die for the group. She fights off whatever thing they meet and if she can't handle it the other two retreats. The most important to survive is Map because she relays back information of their collective exploration.

Many reasons for that to be honest, first its already using an IP, soo no can do, second, all in all, every mysterie is quite short, 3 pages TOP, and no real continuity.
Best case scenario is, take the author to act as a writer, create new, no IP violation, characters and either, make an anthologie or focus on a group (like otters since they explore and shit).
But all this is probably too much work for an original anime project no to mention that is horror, a relative niche genre.

I know, but either the equipment, or a "veteran" (one that hasnt die for a while and manage to get extra expirience in the role) Mask otter survived after being left alone.
Also follow the Mask Otter here got captured by an space anomaly, and now has to work her way out, even visiting places a previous Otter team found but given she didnt recognize it, they probably died without returning, if it wasnt for Tsuchinoko, she would have wandered alone for a long time, either dying or going crazy, specially with how social otters can be, isolation can probably hit her hard

What's the implication here? My first assumption was that the jacket is taking over the person who wears it, forcing them to act as the elevator attendant, but given the way she just seems to fuck about in the next page it hardly seems like she's being controlled. Plus she shows up wearing the jacket in other pages, so she's not been bound the the elevator either, though her nonchalant manner suggests she has some understanding of things beyond what most others have.

I imagine is something like everything started normal, but once the anamolies started appearing and taking over the place some time shenanigans happened, and the elevator lady was taken over, look how the elevator changes from dirty to somewhat clean and different markings. My personal headcanon is that whatever shit is going took possession of the elevator, "ate" the lady, but it kinda recognize the need for a elevator lady to keep people moving through all the other places, soo now that someone took the clothes, it twist them to be bound to the role, but also granting them certain knowledge of all the things going on.

It's an enjoyable show and worth checking out. Just make sure you only watch the first season and nope out from the rest. Ultimately the show never really went "dark" but back when it aired there was a slight sense of unease that it's where it was heading. Just a tiny feeling of "isn't there something very wrong with that world that they're all pretending not to see" which is likely the inspiration for putting the same characters in an SCP environment.

You're assuming there's a switch over, but its more like if you wake up the dreaming, then the previous you was always a dream. Think of it like Twilight Zone or something. Before you find your other self you aren't a dream maybe, but when you wake yourself up you were always just a dream. No, even that explanation is too logical for what it really is, you can't apply that direct of a logic and say you became a dream at some point, but if you wake yourself up then you were a dream.
The one who wakes up has no idea what they were doing or why they're there, but they'll carry on as though they're you, with no changes.

There are many details that I can't wrap my head around.
1) A friend was attacked because she turned off the light but the light is turned on the next day. Did the creature flip the switch? I would expect the switch to remain in the same state.
2) The doors are opened in the last panel, is there a meaning?
3) There are lights at the bottom of the doors, do they do anything?
4) The number of creature seems to have increased, was the unfortunate friend turned into one, or did more come out from the opened doors?
5) The doors (holding cells?) appear to have light inside, their windows seem darker after the lights are turned off.
6) Is the switch flipped again at the end because the racoon did it? Is she ded too?
7) Do the creatures glow after they have eaten? Do they have conditional invisibility?
8) If we are looking at creatures who tightly hug sources of lights to feed on it, wouldn't they hug the dropped flashlight of the first friend without seeking to pursue her? Did she make it out then?

What I meant to note is that that lights on the doors always correctly match the state of the switch. This isn't a situation where, after feeding, the room is only lit because of the monsters and gives the illusion that there is electricity when there is none. The lights on the doors tell us the electricity is working. The lights don't seem to involve any monster shenanigans. If the electricity works, why didn't the victim save herself by simply turning on the light? It seems like the natural response in her spooky situation. Even more strangely, the switch WAS flipped the next day, yet the flashlight on the ground hints that the victim never made it out. Confusing.

I once did something similar in a DnD game where we had a custom summoner class that could summon "humans" with no particular skills at all, except that they couldn't disobey orders.
I ended up summoning girls to have their cool DnD moments but because of their low armor and HP they'd get insta-gibbed by literally everything.

The Diner though seems weird that no one verified that it's dangerous. If you go alone you're safe but you'll get taken away to the red world if you step into someone's blind spot. When you summon them they're not "human" but they look and sound and think and act human, they're just creatures given souls and forms by energy.
You can summon the same souls repeatedly from the void so if Girl#1 was killed 2 rounds ago and you've got a 2nd lvl slot left you can just resummon her as an action.

Yes. They keep all memories up to the point of their death which is traumatic so I make them roll on the insanity table.
Or by past lives do you mean before I summoned them for the first time? Thats up to the player and GM. The rules dont come loaded with pre-made backstories for the random summons you make, you've gotta make them yourself.
You can summon beast creatures or human creatures or aberrant creatures etc etc etc and have it so that they have whichever personalities you want.
The statblock doesn't even give them a physical description aside from "bipedal (two arms two legs), speaks and understands common and has simple weapon profs."
So you can design their appearance to be whatever you want. You can summon clones of you that just have 4 HP and +0 to all stats (commoner stats) but that would've been in bad taste desu.
They fall behind quickly because of flaws in the design though, once we hit level 8 and went into a hard dungeon I lost 35 summons and only 1 survived because 1d8 HP doesn't get you far.
I'll admit its fun being able to rollplay groups of 5 mooks who I know full well are gonna be used as bait for the next boulder trap. Some of my summons were suicidal like Mask because they knew they'd come right back.

My first guess was that that flipping the switch doesn't simply turn off the light, it sends you to a dimension in where the lights of the corridor are off and the creatures exist in both dimensions at the same time.
It could explain why Raccoon came back the next day and found the switch was still on but the 2nd image shows that the switch was turned off. The dropped flashlight still being there in Raccoon's shot is confusing though. As well as the doors being closed in the final image of If it was another dimension, the moment she turned it off, the doors should have been opened.

If we push it and go for an even more complex solution to explain the discrepancy, flipping the switch off sends you to a different timeline and dimension that branches off from the original one. Let's assume turning it off and then dying before you can turn it on means the corridor in that particular timeline and dimension is a dead end. No one can turn the switch on again without going through the creatures.

Could be someone checking. Although I assumed the doors were opened because the light in the rooms that were likely keeping more monsters turned off so they went outside to look for light. The most confusing thing is that Raccoon's shot has her showing the light switch is on while the other shot shows it off and the flashlight is there in both shots. It makes me think parallel dimension or time fuckery.

The irony in this is that the person who turns off the light switch actually "turns on" the lights for raccoon's safe world. By dying and feeding the creatures, the corridor in raccoon's world is well lit for a certain period of time until they get hungry again.
