Why didn't they make her historically-accurate?

Why didn't they make her historically-accurate?

between rings of power and this and all the democratic political victories, chuds really are being mind broken

This is an improvement if I may say so.

If you genuinely believed any of the bullshit you just typed, you wouldn't be here.

lmao

You forgot the neck stretching rings you racist

No one cared about cinderella being played by a black actress in the 90s so why are ppl up in arms about this same sort of thing today?

soon we'll be able to AI edit movies to do this or make them white

Because there is a blatant agenda going on for the last ten years. If you don't see it, you are lying to yourself

because they don't wanted to colonize our minds, was a good and fun reinterpretation... not a forced shit to push political agenda for their oligopoly

Good question. It's almost as if divisive outrage is being encouraged and amplified somehow.

only the last ten years?

cuz thats motherfucking BRANDY, BITCH

because SOUL vs SOULLESS

wtf is this real?

It wasn't as common and repetitive at the time, and plus Brandy was hot and popular at the time... and most importantly there was no agenda apart from just making a comfy TV movie. With that said, I miss the '90s.

I bet you my house that a significant amount of the outrage is coming from bot accounts.

>Why didn't they make her historically-accurate?
shouldn't her flappy pancakes also be hanging out like on National Geographic?

A black version of a fairy tale is one thing, like wizard of oz vs the wiz. But what is happing here is that Ariel has been replaced by black Ariel, as in she is the one true definitive Ariel now, not some alt version aimed at blacks like 90s Cinderella. That's how we looked at movies like that back then, it was just a black version aimed at the urban crowd.

Secondly, all the advertising for this new and improved Ariel is inherently anti white in nature and is specifically designed at provoking whites. Just look at the new trailer for the little mermaid, everything in there is trying to sensationalize that Ariel is now black and that it is good. There is no value lost replacing a white with a black, that's the subtext.

stings, doesnt it, chud?

cant handle a little diversity in your movies?

>Why didn't they make her historically-accurate?
Because that would be cultural appropriation, she's American NOT African.

back then no one could speak their mind on social media

This was actually good. The main song is still stuck in my head 20 years later.
