STAR WARS NOT COMING BACK IN THEATERS IN 2023

It would suck anyway.

aw man i'm really sad now no cap

Good

If they released obiwan and the boba fett show but not this. I wonder how bad it was.

No matter how much they try to capitalize on the OT Era they'll never be able to escape the fact that every story they make will result in the pointlessness of the sequel trilogy where nothing matters and the entire galaxy consists of maybe 200 people

I watched patty jerkins rollerblade for nothing?

Finally some good news.
SW RIP 1976-2005

It wasn’t bad, they just couldn’t agree on a script at all. Which I guess means something was bad, probably. The bigger problem is that the Star Wars division is tyrannical in a way that makes Marvel Studios look downright reasonable.

> the entire galaxy consists of maybe 200 people

In fairness, that was true of the original trilogy too

Star Wars needs a regime change but that's not gonna happen. Eventually they will drive out Jon Favreau and then they will literally have nothing.

They will probably dangle some keys in front of the fans with something like a Darth Vader series or a Luke Skywalker series but it's just going to be more slop with no gavitas, it'll have to push THE MESSAGE, and it's going to have to dovetail into the Disney trilogy. That's why I'm dreading future seasons of The Mandaloran, because I know that the longer it goes on the more Disney is goin to try and use it to patch plotholes in the Disney trilogy and then act like the plot holes never existed.

hi, Doomcock. Give a shout out to BB in your next Indy 5 video.

>Inside Out 2 and Lion King prequel about Mufasa
Press S to spit on Disney's grave

Should've made Rogue One a movie about likeable characters, then made Rogue Two where they all died getting the ship from VI
So many mistakes, missed opportunites, such a waste, such a waste.

>couldn't agree on a script
Translation: We can't figure out a way to make this movie without the canon leader of Rogue Squadron, a white male, as the star of the movie.

>it wasn’t bad
>something was bad, probably
Bitch the show doesn’t even exist yet and you’re defending it blindly. Get a fucking grip.

How many directors has it been now?

>Rogue One had to change directors during production and had to be reshot
>Boba Fett film's director Josh Trank got fired after F4
>Phil Lord and Chris Miller fired only months before Solo's release after disagreements
>Colin Trevorrow also fired while working on Episode IX
>David Benioff and D.B. Weiss got fired after Game of Thrones ending
>Rian Johnson's trilogy is certainly scrapped
>Patty Jenkins fired after WW84
>Taika Waititi will get the boot to after Thor 4

This is truly embarrassing. George should never have left.

Hopefully the nuclear apocalypse will be here before any of those Disney movies.

So there is going to be a five or six year gap between Star Wars movies when they wanted to release one a year. You know the money men hate Kennedy, but she's untouchable.

>Snow White
>Lion King Sequel
FFS. The only thing they do anymore is take something from the past and remake it gayer. The culture sucks.

I wonder why Disney is pouring money in for the high quality audiobooks of Rogue Squardron from the 90s read by Marc Thompson unabridged with full music and sfx? It's EU content, so maybe aligned with that canceled film but no way.

And yet Kathleen Kennedy will stay president of Lucasfilm as long as she wants because firing her would cause a shitstorm.

>Snow White
Again? Didn't they already do one with K Stew and Hemsworth and Theron?

what is her goddamn problem? Lucas gave her everything.

Reminder all nu wars is faggot shit

Not to mention all the other directors that walked out after the corporate committee shut down their ideas

Kill yourself shill

It's nepotism. She used to fetch coffee for Spielberg and he found her a permanent seat on the high table
