Is that what Mike Judge was getting at when he included that scene about the fictional movie "Ass" in his (real) movie, Idiocracy? The dumbing down of mankind was caused by some kind of colon problem, and "Ass" was that society's expression of their medical issue?

Funny you had to cover John Hamm’s face. He absolutely mogs that tiny prick.

Funny how France wouldn't even exist today if America didn't bail them out and save them in both World Wars. Ungrateful cucks.

Kys, eurofag

the problem is these films are not being created by the society. theyre created by such a small portion of the society its not a reflection of the culture.

its like judging american culture purely on the twitter live feed

>save them
>snd some cattle from overseas after Uncle Adolf alrady fucked himself royally and then slowly implement your jewish system on their society
lmao ok shartboy

There isn't a single film made outside Hollywood that can crack top 100 best films ever.
American society is not perfect but nothing is.
Part of growing up is realizing US and Israel are fighting a lonely and noble battle for long term sustainability and stability of the entire world, even if that means temporary social unrest or dumbing down of the masses through media.
France has done nothing since 18th century.
And this is coming from an European.

Can't argue with facts.

> Someone like Jean-Luc Godard is for me intellectual counterfeit money when compared to a good kung fu film, a Fred Astaire picture, or a porno
- Werner Herzog
>I’ve never been able to appreciate any of his films, nor even understand them… I find his films affected, intellectual, self-obsessed and, as cinema, without interest and frankly dull… I’ve always thought that he made films for critics.
-Bergman
>I just can’t take him very seriously as a thinker – and that’s where we seem to differ, because he does. His message is what he cares about these days, and, like most movie messages, it could be written on the head of a pin.
-Orson Welles

"So bad now" implies a time where things were better. He is saying that as American society declined, so did its quality of films.

America lead the world in film for the first half of the 20th century, making a ton of the early breakthroughs, innovations, and classics. That legacy lasted for another 50+ years before finally everyone admits modern American cinema is shit.

I am an American and while I agree Euros seethe about us constantly, this isn't seethe.

America is the great Satan
