honestly doubt it could be adapted in anyway that won't annoy people

Every time someone starts talking about WH40k I think I should get more into the lore but I never do. Everything I know comes from the Dawn of War games, Astartes, and snippets from conversations. What's a good way to get into the lore, preferably not involving me buying any books.

the superior fan wiki to the shitty 40kwiki

Thanks user.

I just listen to lore videos, also go watch if the emeperor had a text to speech device

Brothers, Alpha Legion could be in this thread right now...

This looks so ass.

Spotted the Alpha faggit

40k lore is pure shit unless you are an edgy teenager

Alpha Legion is a mere myth, it does not exist, fellow space marine. Carry on, for the Emperor!

>go watch if the emeperor had a text to speech device
We do not need more redditard memeshitters

I am alpharius

>bro just make an adaptation of an obscure esoteric story seven times the length of the bible with hundreds of individual plot threats and a setting that requires either insane special effects budgets or the entire thing to be incredibly competently and tediously animated just so blue haired hollywood writers can fuck it up beyond imagining
No! How the fuck can you still want adaptations in general, let alone shit like this?

>seven times the length of the bible

That is just the Siege user, the books leading up to it that actually explain it are 15 times the length not counting novellas, short stories and audio only so even if you cut out half of it it's at least 20-25 Bibles long.

yes, been out for almost a week now

Three Reasons only to engage with the 40k Commercial Property
1). You're an edgy dumb fuck teenager.
2). You're a huge military/warfare nerd.
3). You have PTSD.

God 30k was a huge disappointment. What was your biggest let down? That the war only lasted a few years? For me it was anything and everything to do with the giant time waste that was the iterators.

I know everyone hated the book but I laughed my ass off when they retconned Battle for the Abyss as some all-according-to-keikaku plan that Lorgar knew was doomed to failure like ten books later
