She's not a Mary Sue in either portrayal. Canon Galadriel has flaws, she desires lordship and has temptations and bad motivations (revenge against Fëanor for example). Rangz Galadriel is just weak in different, dumber ways. She's a petulant child who is terrible at dealing with other people, which is should be her greatest strength and it gets her into trouble constantly. Amazon made this Galadriel into an insufferable undiplomatic girlboss who whines about how hard she's had it and can't command.

The real Stu thus far has been Arondir. He is utterly flawless, brave and kind even to evil racist devil worshippers. His present predicament is caused by the failures of others, not by his own failures (unlike Galadriel who caused a mutiny because she was being a massive cunt to her underlings). If some human called Galadriel "knife ears" she'd never sit there and calmly take it.

Rangz Galadriel is a bad mixture of late-GOT Daenerys and Rey from NuWars.

These are the only plotlines worth anything I agree, with the possible inclusion of Elrond-Durin although it's still a bit early to tell.

Well, in the books Sauron was at the height of his power, after basically coming on top after a war against the elves, when Numenor came (again) to defeat him and he became their prisoner willingly to corrupt them from within because he couldn't defeat their armies by force. I imagine this would be an oversimplified version of that plot. That Sauron (somehow) orchestrated this little infiltration into Numenor and plans to smith his way up the ranks. But Sauron had already created the ring at this point, which was the cause for that earlier war he ended up sorta winning (against the elves at least).

Halbrand is a corruption of Hal-Barad which means Tall Tower. Also shares a word with Barad-Dur.
