99% of cosplayers don't make their shit they buy it

Who's that user? And they should try it out

The most common argument is that they aren't actors and can't act well, but that's bullshit when these shows and movies routinely hire cringe worthy actors. The truth is that it's nepotism, for both the actors and the wardrobe departments. Nepotism is obviously the enemy of quality, which is why shit just gets worse and worse despite larger and larger budgets.

Because acting is a skill and not just everybody can do it.

actors certainly can't

every film that isn’t a Disney green screen fest, believe it or not, requires some semblance of effort, stress, memorizing lines and shooting til 3am. All it takes to cosplay is to play dress up in your apartment and stick your dumper towards the iphone. If you actually gave a thot a leading role, she’d have several metal breakdowns the second the director told them to do something differently.

Cosplayers cant act

And people will go to the movies to see movie stars

>oh no my hands are tied against my big fat ass
how awful

They still buy better shit than actual million dollar productions

What's your point? Everyone is tired of seeing lazy professional "actors" phoning in capeshit while wearing the same repainted CW tier costumes and CGI accessories. I'd rather take some chances and see people that at least manage a stunning visual presence, even if it means we take some cringe along with it. But the bland pro-actors and shitty visual presentations have to end. Also, the whole "they're not actors" cope? You're just repeating Hollywood excuses for them.

You’re right on the first point but the age of the movie star-as-pull is over. Only Cruise remains.
