I ate mostly pic related and oatmeal for a few days straight, and even with showering 1-2 times per day my sweat and armpits smelled absolutely foul, smelled like a dead animal.

I went back to eating healthy, cooking all my own food with minimally processed ingredients and the smell went away after a couple days.

Pic related is poison

>Pic related is poison
wow, never knew that. Thanks for reminding me!

you didn't wash your mouth and face pig.

bros is canned chili and ro-tel bad for you?

>blocks of shaped salt and preservatives
>bad for you
Who could have known?

i have become allergic to even the most natural of deodorant. Fml.

The amount of corn syrup worked into those items is simply amazing too.

I use natural deodorant, and it works great.

I heard that just unscented plain baby powder works too

Ro-tel is fine. Canned chili should be fine as long as the ingredients list isn't a page long. The only thing you should worry about with eating too much canned food is that the lining material seeps into the food, and the more canned stuff you eat the more exposure you get.
