was just a degenerate nonstop orgy with a few low quality drama/action scenes interspersed. there was absolutely no sense of adventure. like that other user said - massive letdown.

user nailed it. Should have been filled with daring, cunning, chases, intrigue, treasure hunting, captures, escapes, tricks, and endless swashbuckling. Instead we got gayness and nonstop talking.

Watched the whole series except the final season. It had potential, great setting and sets, and good acting. But the pacing was awful and seemed to drag on at times. They never fixed that issue. It also had pointless gay and lesbian shit iirc.

This was a show that could have been great, but a lack of proper marketing combined with mediocre direction and writing held it back.
