One thing I am liking in the show is the dialogue feels closer to the books and less "modern". Just the general verbiage is more archaic, which I felt was an issue in GoT later on, too many modernisms. Just small stuff, like instead of "sycophants" like we'd say, Viserys says "lickspittles".
