So you've never been in a diner before, got it. The chef doesn't give a shit about what combinations of foods are listed on the menu. If you ask him for any food that exists on the menu, he'll make it. The combinations of foods don't matter. Every diner will sell you each individual food by itself as a side order, and any of them together rung up as a combination of side orders. They don't give a fuck, go to a diner and see for yourself.
