We know exactly how they looked so stop being a retard. White hair and purple eyes are considered the trademark valyrian features. The world book even states it was their ethnic look because of all the inbreeding. Valyrians weren't black. Their ruling class wasn't multicultural.

So these people have gone out of their way to ensure that Corlys Valyrian as a black character is supposed to make sense in this universe. They have sought out light skinned mixed black children to represent the child between the black character and his white wife. They could have simply chosen any of the thousands of white child actors who applied for the role, but went out of their way to ensure that the kids are mixed to make sure that it makes racially sense. In fact they probably made a casting call that asked for mixed children.

Then they have also gone out of their way to ensure that this black characters brothers and other family is also black. They could have simply chosen among the thousands of white actors applying for the role, but they clearly made an effort to make sure that the character made racially sense, so they had to cast other characters that made racially sense in relation to this black character, aka other black characters.

So its clear that the casting directors and producers of this show isn't completely racially blind. They are able to make decisions that make racial sense, and clearly put in a great deal of effort to ensure this racial sense. However having shown their ability to understand racial sense, then why did they cast Corlys Valyrian as a black character in the first place? According to all books, all ancestry, and all common racial sense, it does not make sense that Corlys Valyrian is black. Yet they still cast him as black.

I can see no other reason other than this being a racial political decision.

No, Valyrians are specifically described as having "fair skin". Furthermore, Valyrians come from one small region. It's impossible for numerous races to congregate in a small region like what you would suggest. And since we know they were basically race supremacists, it's highly fucking unlikely any Valyrian would go on and have children with a Summer Islander or whatever.

This is Braavos. Valyrians were never subject to mass enslavement. Prior to being an empire they were shepherds. They then learned slavery from Ghis and made it a mass industry.
