I just finished watching season 1 of SNW and once again I'm baffled by the genemodification ban. Time and time again genetically modified characters keep saving the day, and yet the writing never changes the attitudes towards them. It's the one way humans could evolve and improve, yet it's shunned against because it lead to some problems once. Bitch please, everything humans did on Star Trek in the past led to someone dying or wars or shit.
