Actually they don't specify anything. 25 million viewers could be 8 million accounts and then they estimated an average of 3 people per account viewing. Or it could be rewatching or a multitude of other things. These figures are always highly suspect because they are not transparent.

The first episode is terrible and has boring points; how they managed that I don't know.

Episode 2 picks up steam, especially the second half with the dwarves and the action at sea.
