no. and i say that as someone who enjoys some other telltale games. one of the main criticisms of their games has been that the stories aren't really that open-ended at all and this is the worst in that aspect. almost none of the choices you make have any impact on where the story leads even though you play characters from a small house whose story doesn't need to be so closely tied to the larger story taking place across westeros.
