The good thing is, I just checked the price and it's 5.99 on Amazon. Translated to Democrat inflation bux.. it actually lost value. Big time.

There was this one 90s Image artist (not one of the founders, not even sure if this guy ever worked for The Big Two) who infamously disappeared. I remember that his art was absolutely incredible, leagues beyond the others, but he only worked on a handful of issues before disappearing. Not even the other Image people knew what happened to him, with the popular theory being that Hollywood paid him a fortune to do concept art and he never looked back. There were a few internet articles about his disappearance roughly a decade ago. You could find sketches of his unfinished comics work online.

Also, if you played the original Gen13 storyline straight it is such a blatant ripoff of X-men/New Mutants that your brain would hurt to think about it.
