For internal data they'll probably be able to tell if you got it to watch ROP by determining if you watched ROP and how close to the release date you got Prime.
For their external shareholder data they will claim all new Prime accounts from January - September got it to watch ROP and that ROP was a resounding success therefore idiot investors should increase the price of shares.
