The UFO represents the white race. This is made clear by how it is white and has a green eye, something only white people have.
Jupe represents the failure of the model minority, who thought he could work with the white monster only for it to devour him.
The white UFO also killed OJ's father, much like police kill the fathers of many black men. It also ate hikers, which I am sure is a white guy thing too in some way. The chimpanzee isn't evil, it was a victim of the white man's system like Jupe was. That was why after fighting against the oppressor, the chimpanzee tried to do a fistbump with Jupe in their victory over the oppressors. It was cut short however, and Jupe would come to internalize white oppression. The UFO is however evil, as it represents that white oppression. Since Jupe sold out like the model minority he was trying to be thinking the white man would accept him and not kill him like they did his chimpanzee friend. That was why he bought horses from black farmers and fed them to the white UFO, complicit in the exploitation of the black man.
This analogy is driven home when the UFO mulches all the people it devoured into blood and pours it on the house of the black family. It is the UFO saying "I own you black man, this blood of mine is your branding". Saying it owns him and will eat all the horses it wants and will eat them too if it gets the chance.
However the black man was ingenious, with a team he would get the pictures of the white UFO much like how black people try to get pictures of cops. The cinematographer fits in by being a degenerate, representing the depravity of the white man and is fixation on the impossible shot instead of what matters. Like cops it resorted to violence when its brutality is caught on film. This is why the monster is defeated with the balloon, the balloon once used to oppress the chimpanzee now was used to punch back up at the white UFO oppressor. With a picture showing its true evil in full display.

The vorefags don't really give a fuck about this film for some reason. The scene itself is pretty underwhelming.
