Yeah, the biggest scandal was not the time he personally approved massive weapon shipments (for no money in return) to Mexico because some idiot in the administration thought they'd be able to track them once they were bought on the black market and allow them to round up cartels, except the weapons immediately vanished and no one could find them so they just pretended the whole thing never happened, even when weapons they shipped turned up at murder scenes of US law enforcement.

It's not a scandal because no one ever reported on it. Same with the time he literally drone-bombed children and American citizens. Or the time he used the IRS to target grassroots conservative groups with audits and banking freezes with no warrants or evidence behind it, and then just let it all disappear into the wind. The head of the IRS had to resign after that one.

As a communist I was huge into Obama conspiracy theories for that entire 8 years. "Michelle Obama was a man" was my fav one. Not sure if it was true but Obama had some bizarre CIA ties and stuff. He was still the best president we've had in our lifetimes. The only one who actually regulated any businesses or did anything to help humanity, even if it was only to a small degree. I largely suspect a lot of what he did was only as a necessary response to the 2008 crisis though. Although he deserves all credit for genuinely trying to get universal healthcare passed through the congress. Not one single republican agreed to vote for it. Sucks that they did that and we had to settle for the ACA
