Of course not, what he did was arguably unethical but it wasn't remotely criminal. He let a bunch of excited young women shmooze and rub their way into high paying careers with critically acclaimed roles which would be a point of pride for a lifetime and they were thrilled with the arrangement for decades. Right up until the point where their talent ran out relative to the marketing ol Harv could muster, or when they sensed the winds changing and it became better for their careers and legacies to throw him under the bus. He didn't rape or assault anyone. He abused his position at absolute worst but given the nature of the arrangement in the first place it's pretty hard to even argue that.
