He's never seen his "favorite" film on the big screen
>he watches flicks made by heebs
>my favourite film? It has to be Mulholland.Dr.2001.REMASTERED.720p.BluRay.x264-SiNNERS.mkv
>he doesn't have a big screen in his house
fuck you for reminding me ill never see lawrence of arabia in 70mm
Excellent choice Adam
but I have a vr headset, I can watch anything on a massive screen inside vr
Actually I went to see Interstellar in IMAX at the Science Museum in London which included a talk from the team that recently took the picture of the black hole before hand
Best kino experience of my life hands down
But I have. I even saw a vintage IB Technicolor 35mm print from 1958 of it, Vertigo. And it still looked better than even the latest 4K bluray. Unfortunately all the releases are from the deteriorated negative and later restoration which botched the color and even changed the timing of the fades. So that's one film which most people really won't see the way it was intended.
Also saw Lawrence in 70mm. It's very nice but I think it's more the scale rather than the granular detail. It's also a lot warmer than the restoration.
my favorite film is direct-to-video...
don't even have a favourite film
It's not my fault Edge of Tommorrow had such an non-existing PR campaign I missed it in theaters at all.
i regret not seeing avatar in 3d
it's coming back
I watch my favorite films exclusively on my phone while lying on a couch
>he has movies he's never seen on his best films of all time lists because of imdb rankings
I sperged out the other day. It was at a party with friends and a load of girls were invited. Like 9-10 of them with 3-4 of my bros. We were all getting drunk, having fun. One of them mentions they were a film production student at university. I joked a bit about her learning to sexually assault people at uni like harvey and asked her what her favourite film was and she said
>oh, definently parasite
And an autism switch went off in my head because that is such a 'trying to impress you' elitist answer.
So i asked her
>why?
blank faced. And she stumbled and stuttered a bit, saying something along the lines of
>oh, because its just amazing
then shrugged and i asked again
>no seriously. Why is it your favourite film?
she got visibly uncomfortable. I asked her 2-3 more times while i giggled. Its funny because parasite is actually quite an easy film to explain to another person why you like it. It has obvious themes but this bitch didnt even know the name of the director. She was kind of cute too. Why am i like this?
>mfw someone pushes the belief that obama was born
I liked your story user.
This is the flick.
>which included a talk from the team that recently took the picture of the black hole before hand
you mean the simps that let the girl take credit for all their hard work? i would have thrown rotten eggs.
It came out literally the day I was born
