Cast it if you dare
Cast it if you dare
This is a terrible book. American literature is worthless. No wonder they all read comic books.
Ryan gosling as mr. Meridian
Kek, this is unfilmable, especially in this day and age.
Idris Elba
highschool myself as Kid
Me as Davy Brown
user as the caged, poop-eating retard.
>if it exists without my knowledge it exists without my consent
The fact that fedoras talk about this shit in such hushed tones means I will never read it or take it seriously.
>MUH FUGGEN JUDGE GLANTON
*eats hotpocket*
>IT CAN NEVER BE FILMED
*wipes greasy cheetodust fingers on sweatpants*
>SO FUCKING BRUTAL ONLY BASED ZAHLER COULD MAKE IT
*plays video game as an adult*

There are no women in this cast. I'm detecting kino.
Joplin Missouri
The kid - Tom Holland
Judge Holden - The Rock
Glanton - Mark Whalberg
Toadvine - Zendaya
The expriest - Mark Hamill
>G-Man is the villain because....uh......
Seriously, what did he do wrong (outside of that terribly out-of-character character assassination at the end). The older I get, the more I realize The Iron Giant is a trash movie.
I read half of this and then lost interest. Would it be worth continuing?
Whoops wrong thread
Ending is kino. Pay attention to the bear girl
Judge Holden - Bane
Glanton - CIA
The Kid - Robin
The Ex-Priest - Alfred
Toadvine - Bruce Wayne
the only good Judge
he really does have the perfect cherubic yet devious look
Honestly, the culture is not even capable of producing this worthily. Even if you had a young Werner Herzog type director with a Kinski type talent (who's physically imposing enough to play the Judge), ample budget, Scott Rudin at his un-cancelled best, etc., they'd get foiled by the system at every single opportunity. Every characteristic about the book is a defiant contradiction to what the system produces now.
>no "strong" female characters
>uniquely American tale
>band of destructive white men versus the world
>violence is inaccessible to a 4-quadrant audience
>etc.
Also, I don't know if you've noticed, but people don't read anymore. They'd see the poster for this thing and would have absolutely no idea what they're looking at.
