Well Godzilla 2016 focused too much on meme actors and their boring human plots. And Godzilla had little to no screen time, and that was always hidden by water or night
Now Godzilla vs Kong, that was a major improvement

I remember this movie it was the last movie I went to see in a theatre. I think Godzilla only shows up in the movie three times. Not only was it trash some trailer park trash was in the theatre and let their kids talk through the entire movie. I'm never going back to a movie theatre again.

I would say the first Raimi Spiderman movie is perfect. Its just so fucking iconic. A perfect time capsule to that time period.
Spiderman 2 has higher peaks but is muddled down by constant "peter parker's life sucks" scenes
