Everyone thinks its a joke, but penis inspections exists, maybe not everywhere, my first one was in kindergarten, we got in a line and a doctor (it was an older lady) checked every boys penises if it's healthy and touched both testicles, to make sure we have them.
The second one was in high school, they took a quick glance and they said "P2" thats it. Later we figured it out the "P" was for puberty, and the number is the level.
